What We Do

We build and manage grant portfolios, from prospect research through submission, reporting, and funder relationships. We form new nonprofits, including bylaws, articles of incorporation, and IRS Form 1023 filings. And we write and design the materials that carry your mission to the public: annual reports, case statements, website copy, and impact reporting.

Where Our Experience Runs Deep

Housing and homelessness services, youth development, restorative justice, arts and culture, end-of-life care, and community health. On the funding side, we work fluently in California state grant programs and federal healthcare funding, two areas where the compliance requirements and review criteria are unforgiving and generalist consultants tend to struggle.
